NymVPN v2026.4 is now live and introduces ad blocker for macOS and Windows.

Improvements have also been made to alternative login and account recovery options.

Apple Store and Google Play have been localized into 9 languages.

New ad blocking for NymVPN

Blocking ads is actually a VPN superpower when it comes to privacy: ads often function as spyware to track your behaviour across web sessions. NymVPN can now be a first line of defense. You can toggle it on in Settings.

Our first ad blocker is now available for macOS and Windows apps. Mobile versions are in development for upcoming releases, so hold tight!

Improved alternative logins and account recovery

In addition to logging into or creating an anonymous NymVPN account, NymVPN also allows you to use another personal account for the convenience of logging in or to safely recover your passphrase.

V2026.4 improves on the alternative account creation path for new users.
