NymVPN v2025.12 is live

IPv6 support

On Linux and Windows apps, NymVPN now detects whether IPv6 is supported. A toggle in NymVPN > Settings has been introduced to notify when IPv6 support is not available and to disable.

Improvements to errors monitoring and statistics

• New setting menu Privacy and data allows control of error monitoring and network statistics collection
• [Linux & Windows] Network statistic collection capability and user toggle to enable/disable
• Sentry error monitoring at daemon level which is controlled by the existing toggle in app settings. This is currently OFF by default.

Bug fixes

• [MacOS & iOS] To issue with connection jumping
• [Android] Fix for Back button returning users to login screen
• Fix for delay in changing connection status while switching networks
• Reduction of number of code paths to improve daemon performance

What’s next

The Nym team has set two goals for this this quarter:

1. Improve app stability and connectivity as much as possible, fixing all bugs and improving the capacity to monitor and understand them. This all starts with the reporting you’re all doing in the wild. So please continue to reach out to us at the NymVPN Help Center to report any new bugs you find!
