Ever dream of being a bug hunter? Obsessed with finding even the tiniest inconsistency? Or just want to try the latest NymVPN releases the instant they are in the wild, alongside the Nym team?

Every two weeks, as soon as new releases go live, Nym execs and devs will hop online to test NymVPN with you from across the world, share feedback and ideas, and see how the latest releases are doing. Privacy loves company, and good technology needs a crowd.

Try split tunneling (beta) to include or exclude apps from the NymVPN tunnel.

New diagnostic tool

Linux

There is a new authentication protocol on Linux devices, which requires you to install policykit-1-gnome.

New deeplinking in connecting the credentials between your app and account on nym.com.

How to report issues

First, confirm you are running the latest release listed above.

In your Telegram messages, please include the following information:

Your OS
Description of the issue (e.g., connection problem + error message)
Any relevant conditions (e.g., server locations, features enabled, etc.)
Screenshot if helpful

Some best practices for collective testing

Do not share personally identifying information in the group. The Nym team does not need this information to help.
You can DM any sensitive information to official Nym TG accounts, such as your location (if you’re troubleshooting a censorship issue) or your NymVPN account number.
Try to keep discussion focused on app issue reporting. Remember, we have plenty of other TG channels to shoot the breeze!
