Nym platform and NymConnect v1.1.1

Updated versions of the Nym platform components and NymConnect have now been released.

As always you can download the latest versions of the software from the Nym website. Or check the source code and build the binaries yourself for your preferred operating system by cloning the Nym repo and following the instructions on the docs.

What’s new in Nym platform v1.1.1?

Expect performance and reliability improvements for gateways and clients. You can check the changelog for a complete list of fixes and changes.

What’s new in NymConnect v1.1.1?

NymConnect has got a bit of a face lift with a bunch of performance enhancements:

• You will notice an improved UI
• A help section on the top left of the app with click through guides on how to use the app for the new users
• Better error handling and providing feedback to the user on the UI on what went wrong
• Fixing the problem where the SOCKS5 client would shut down abruptly without notifying the user
• And a few more SOCKS5 client fixes that you can check in the changelog.
