Public inventory of legal warrants and requests for user data received by Nym Technologies

Nym is commited to protecting the privacy and integrity of any user data it has access to. Thankfully, the Nym network is designed on the principles of zero-knowledge and decentralization, so neither Nym nor network operators can link a user to their use of NymVPN. Importantly, servers on the Nym network are run by independent operators who support a global privacy infrastructure.

Nym is dedicated to making public any legal requests or warrants to provider user data to authorities in its legal jursidiction. In such an event, the design of the network in the first place prevents Nym itself or its server operators from being able to posses information that links subscription information with app usage.
