Nym Partner Contract

Schedule
Sales. Sales count as completed after the 30-day customer refund period has passed. Until then they are marked pending and will not count as a sale if the customer cancels their subscription and receives a refund.
Payout scheduling. Approved transactions are paid within 30 days after the end of the month in which the sale completed.
Qualified Activity
Credit policy. Completed conversion (subscription was paid and the 30-day refund period has passed).
General Terms
Currency. Financial transactions covered by these Template Terms are processed in the currency you (the Partner) select at sign-up. The revenue-share value is counted and displayed in USD, converted to your preferred currency at the time payout happens (see Payout scheduling).
Change notification period. These Template Terms can be changed or cancelled with 1 day's notice to the Partner.
Reversal policy. Reversal of performance-advertising actions is decided by the Advertiser, governed by a maximum reversal percentage of 100%.
