User traffic is handled by independent operators not owned or controlled by Nym. These operators have signed Terms of Conditions that promise no log’s policies on their end.

However, in the event that local logs are kept by a Nym server, these logs are only partial and can never link a sender with their recipient. For example, while an entry gateway may have access to a user’s IP address, they cannot have access to the IP of the recipient on the web. Further, no mixnode can have access to either the IPs of the sender and receiver.
